You will be joining the Maltese subsidiary of Mobilize Financial Services: RCI Life/RCI Insurance.

RCI Life/RCI Insurance is the Group’s insurance company offering a range of insurance products and services linked to financings, vehicles and our customers. Backed by an international network, RCI Life/RCI Insurance was established in Malta in 2008 and now has 35 employees.

What will you do?

• Manage the Insurance portfolio across all type of business,
• Manage a team of claim management professionals,
• Responsible for the evolution of claim management processes and rules,
• Pilot and control the claim management activity performed by our international network of Third-Party Administrators,
• Accelerate the digital transformation of the claim processes,
• Ensure the claim management activity delivers the quality of service required,
• Contribute to the definition of the new insurance products (underwriting rules, benefit definition, claim process…)
• Deliver the Operations required to introduce the new insurance programs.
• Ensure the compliance of claim management with regulations, internal processes, and policies.
• Support the development of employee skills.

As Chief Operating Officer, you will be a member of the Executive Committee of the company reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role is subject to regulatory approval.

Who are we looking for?

An insurance professional with:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Insurance industry preferably served in either Life, Medical, Disability, Personal lines, or Motor insurance.
• Strong interest in process optimization and digital transformation,

• Exceptional communication skills, ideally with experience in managing relations with Parties, insurers, clients,
• Proven experience in Management role,
• Familiar with regulatory and compliance landscape of Insurance,
• Customer oriented.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English is mandatory, other European languages represent an added value.
