About us
RCI Insurance Ltd and RCI Life Ltd aim to provide insurance solutions to customers of Mobilize Financial Services’ automobile financing business and are authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

The company offers a comprehensive range of financing and related services for car customers of Renault Group. Backed by an international network, the company has established itself in Malta to deliver and service a portfolio of protection insurance products in a number of European Countries.
In order to strengthen the team, the Company is seeking a ‘Human Resources and Internal Communication and Office Administration’.

What will you do?

1. Structure the HR processes:

  • Propose improvement and structuration of overall HR processes
  • Liaise with outsourced payroll provider for payroll validation and provide employee information
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Work on the compensation data, salary review and salary benchmark
  • Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Manage expatriate employees’ administrations

2. Support business line managers in the recruitment process:

  • Managing recruitment activity: job posting, selection process, interviews
  • Manage the employment contract and deliver the onboarding/termination process

3. Support employees in career development and training:

  • Support business line managers in identifying and fulfilling talent needs
  • Responsible for employee training management and follow-up
  • Supporting HR cycle processes: People Review, Performance evaluation, contributing to continual improvement of all HR processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to assist management in decision-making.

4. Ensure continuing compliance with local employment legislation:

  • Liaise with legal counsel for contract evolutions or adaptations
  • Ensure continued watch of local evolutions in employment regulation
  • Work on HR Audit and make actions plans according to the company’s strategy

5. Deploy locally HR Group strategy and manage the group reporting:

  • Prepare HR reporting for Group purposes
  • Guarantee the implementation of actions plan

6. Deploy the communication strategy and implement the corresponding actions:

  • Responsible for internal communication and social media
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee well-being
  • Develop the company’s brand toward specifics areas: universities, associations, …
  • Be in charge of the staff subscription with insurance company and others

7. Office Administration

  • Organize office’s events: board meeting, social events
  • Contact with other suppliers: OHS, Eye test, MAPFRE, FIMBANK, Travel Agency, hotels,…
  • In charge of ordering office supplies

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in Human Resources and law (required)
  • Strong experience in Human Resources function
  • Fluent in English is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive team player
  • Relevant qualifications and solid academic background

Type of contract: Full time – Indefinite Contract
